• User Data: Information you provide directly such as name, email, and attendance records.
• Device Identifiers: We collect your Android ID and Advertising ID for security (detecting account misuse) and to provide ad-related services.
• Camera Access: The App uses the camera solely to scan QR codes for attendance. No photos or videos are stored or collected.
• Location & Bluetooth: We request location permission as required by Android to enable Bluetooth scanning. We do not track or store your GPS coordinates.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core attendance functionality and maintain records.
• To ensure security and prevent misuse of the App.
• To send important notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared with third-party services only for app functionality:

• Google Play Services (Authentication & Ads)
• Firebase (Firestore, Analytics, Messaging)
• ML Kit (Barcode Scanning)

5. Data Security

Your data is stored using Google Firestore. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, however, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Users have the right to access and manage their data within the App. For data deletion requests, please contact the developer via email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
